- How can I access the pop-up store page?
- The pop-up store is configured to only be accessible to customers who visit near the actual store or the area based on distance calculations. Therefore, please allow location permissions in the settings and visit the area near the pop-up store to access the pop-up store page!
- If I allow location permissions, does the customer's location get collected?
- The answer is No. JumKi does not collect the customer's location and it is only used for location comparison. After location comparison, the location information is immediately destroyed and not exposed to the outside.
- How do I place an order?
- After making access to the pop-up store page possible (refer to question 1), you can finalize the order by putting the desired items in the cart from the product list and entering payment information. Also, you can get a waiting number after completing the order.
- I completed the order! Can I enter now?
- Congratulations on completing your order! If you have completed your order, your items have been reserved. However, since you enter in order, please wait for the entrance notification! The entrance time may be delayed depending on the pop-up store situation. Thank you for your patience.
- What should I do while waiting?
- For you, we have organized fun places in the pop-up store area when you press the "Map" button on the pop-up store page. If you want (or if the entrance notification is late), you can spend time where you want!
- I want to cancel my order
- You can cancel anytime before you enter! However, after entering and requesting the pickup staff, cancellation is not possible! After picking up your items and requesting cancellation in the app, we can help with refunds at the refund zone.
- The exchange/refund/possible condition of the product is before the pop-up store withdraws
Exchange/refund is available only for products whose wrapping paper has not been opened.
- I want to inquire. How can I contact you?
- You can send an email to [email protected]. Is it the correct createjump email? Of course!
